Registration FAQsPTMA features interesting speakers and meaningful topics at our monthly meetings. Meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month, usually at the Marriott NW - 3233 NW Loop 410. Which is at Loop 410 and IH 10. Registration begins at 11:15, Lunch at 11:30, and the Program lasts from 12 Noon to 1:00 PM.

THE FINE PRINT: Guests are welcome. Simply register online, and a fee of $40, which includes the luncheon, can be paid online at time of registration or collected at the door. We accept major credit cards**. For more information you can email ptmasa.treasurer@gmail.com. We look forward to meeting you! Monthly meetings are always free to PTMA members, but please remember to register online.


**A flat processing fee of $5 per transaction will be added to PayPal and credit card transactions to cover the fees paid by PTMA

    Social Recruiting Strategies for Your Contact Center


    Milan Batinich, Director, ProCall Recruiting 


    Milan Batinich has worked in the Contact Center and Recruiting industries for the past 12 years. As a practitioner, he served in leadership roles for several Financial Service, Insurance, and BPO organizations. As the Director of Operations for ProCall Recruiting, Milan partners with his clients to ensure their staffing and recruiting needs are not just met, but exceeded. Milan resides in Evansville, Wisconsin with his wife Sarah. Milan is active in his community as an Associate Pastor for his church, and as a guest instructor at colleges in the area.


    Milan will cover how in a tight labor market, it becomes difficult to recruit the “right fit” employee that will ensure long term retention.  As social media continues to evolve, we are given recruiting tools that we did not have previously.  We will be discussing effective social recruitment strategies on platforms such as; LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, & Twitter.  We will also talk through proven intake processes of those candidates to ensure high retention in the Contact Center industry.
