Registration FAQsPTMA features interesting speakers and meaningful topics at our monthly meetings. Meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month, usually at Dave and Buster's at Crossroads Mall, Loop 410 and IH 10. Registration begins at 11:15, Lunch at 11:30, and the Program lasts from 12 Noon to 1:00 PM.

THE FINE PRINT: Guests are welcome. Simply register online, and a fee of $40, which includes the luncheon, can be paid online at time of registraion or collected at the door.     What exactly is Vision and how do we use it effectively?

    Each year you may set goals in order to facilitate professional development. But how do ensure you and your team’s goals align with the company’s vision and strategic plan?  Often we are preoccupied with immediate issues that we lose sight of those ultimate objectives.   You will gain insight on techniques that will help you align your team’s performance in order to support the company’s strategic plan. Come to February’s PTMA meeting to learn how to better manage your professional development in order to succeed in 2012.

    Mark A. Morrow is currently a  Leadership Development Consultant after a distinguished career as a Training & Development Executive with various electric utilities.

    Mark was responsible for leadership development throughout organizations from high potential individual contributors to managers and executives.  For over twenty years, Mark’s goal has been to develop organizations so that communication, teamwork, and  employee engagement all serve to maximize employee satisfaction and loyalty.   He has been certified by Franklin Covey Education in the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Signature Program and the Ken Blanchard companies.
