Associate Member Application

Associate members of PTMA are nonprofit groups such as education, trade, and community organizations. Each such organization affiliated with PTMA must have one voting member, but may have additional non-voting members.

NOTE: PTMA by-laws stipulate that Associate members must be able to demonstrate nonprofit status, so before continuing with this application, please contact us.
